Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including title, abstract, introduction, tables/figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing. Payment of fees of ICEMGD 2018 must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in RMB/USD. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
Registration Files needed to submit, otherwise the registration isn't successfully and your paper will not be published.
Note:
All your article must be in English.
Registration fees for ICEMGD 2018 delegates residing in Mainland China is 2200 Chinese Yuan, whereas registration fees for delegates residing outside Mainland China is 400 USD. Registration fee includes publishing fee, receipt, and the cost of printed copy for the proceedings etc.
If the length of the paper exceeds 4 PAGES, the cost of EACH EXTRA PAGE is 200 Chinese Yuan or 50 US dollars. Paper with 3 or less pages WILL NOT be accepted.

At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
Attendence fee for each person is 600 Chinese Yuan or 100 USD, not including the transportation and accomodation.
Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
First come first accepted. The process of reviewing will take 7-20 workdays.

中国大陆论文作者注册费为2200元/篇，大陆以外作者注册费为400美元/篇。注册费包括出版费，发票，以及纸质刊物等。
如论文超过4页，超出页数按照200元/页，或50美元/页计算，少于3页的论文不予接受。

每篇论文至少有一位作者注册。
参会费为600元/人，或100美元/人，不包含交通和住宿费用。
一切因付款而产生的银行手续费用全部由付款方承担。
本次会议采取先投稿、先送审、符合条件者先发送录用通知方式进行。审稿周期约为7-20个工作日。
